New location for small chain of arcade bars.  Existing structure provided opportunity for substantial roof deck facing downtown Nashville. Located in Urban Redevelopment District with emphasis on walkability.  Building next door was substantially damaged by tornado halfway through construction of this project but only minor damage on this project.
